my friends acc got suspended for no reason. and then she got it back and she lost all of her followers?? how does she get her twitter back to the way it was? are all her followers gone forever?

People don't get suspended from things for "no reason".

You could have done several things. Did you recently do any of these?
Tweet @username too many times? (Ex: @amazon)
Unfollow tons of people really quickly?
Piss off someone with multiple accounts and get reported by them several times?
Automate your tweets (Set up a bot/other that tweets automatically)
Tweet Child Pornography or copyrighted material.
To fix this fill out this form. They should email you and you have to respond. After you are un-banned your account will probably show 0 followers and 0 followed, but don't panic it should fix itself after a day or two.
