I remember coming across something about blocking people from your profile even though you added them for the purpose of getting more "friends" in games.

Go to Settings > Privacy Settings > Then click on the Profile option. Anyting you want to hide among the things presented, go to Edit Custom Settings. There you have an option Except These People. Enter the person's name there.

Just go to privacy settings and block the person whom you don't wanna show your profile and the other best way is set your profile limited for those whom you don't wanna show some info or snaps.
