How do I contact google to ask whats been looked up on my pc? - 713 - 06-24-2014 12:52 AM

I was on youtube one day and all of a sudden my page froze and it was a message saying that I was accused of child pornography. Personally I've never looked up porn in my life because I find it to be against Christian morals. Is this a spam? Malware? I need to know how to contact google to know what's happened on my account because I haven't done anything wrong. Can I have them block out those nasty sites completely?

that's nothing to do with google. you have malware/virus problem on your computer.

malwarebytes

https://www.malwarebytes.org/

if you dont have antivirus

Avast Free

http://www.avast.com/

Download, install update and then do a full system scan, delete what is found.

you should do a full system scan atleast once a month.

Google is no an ISP, so there is no way they can look up your history. anyway, chances are, if there is a message saying that you've done something illegal, it's probably fake. Probably some Malware or some hacker trying to get some money out of you or just ruin your day. If you really did look up child porn then you would be in trouble in real life rest assured that, the government isn't just going to send you a friendly message.

to check your history in chrome which I'm assuming you're using because you asked to contact google, press Ctrl + H and just search through it. if someone used Incognito Mode to search up this porn, you have to call your ISP, like charter or ATT, not google, they can't do anything.

What on earth has that got to do with google. They are not responsible for your carelessness getting your own machine infected.
