Awe, the name sounds cute....
But whatever you do, DO NOT comment on all the other popular photos: "Like this cool page: your fb page name here..." No one likes it, and a lot of the time, you get flagged for review. Just make yourself present on popular photos. Commenting lol or whatever, and people see your name and click on it.And, you generally have to have good post and photos for the people your attracting. But other than that, I have no knowledge of becoming web-popular.

In fb there is something called advertising. If you contact them for advertising then they will promote your page. I think you must have seen ads in fb on the side. There are other ways they promote also. SO find the contact link and email them and be ready to pay them and they are not any where near cheap.
