There are two ways
1. You have to popularize your website by social media marketing and by increasing your page rank and page traffic
2. create ads and post it on the search engine in a way that appears frequently..

If what you mean is to get your website indexed by the search engines, you may submit your site url to each of the main search engines. However, even if you don't do it, after a couple of weeks or so, these search engines will pick up and index your website but it might take longer.
