I complained to my best friend that strangers were messaging me on fb. She told her bf and his friend about it because I was literally complaining for weeks. She told me her bf said that he has a fake fb profile I can use to pretend I have a bf and his friend also volunteered to be my fake bf. At the time i turned the idea down. The next day she msged me saying that it was really weird that her bf's friend walked in to class and brought it up again that he'd be willing to be my fake bf. I asked her why it was weird and she said it just was. Later that day after I received yet another msg I took him up on his offer.
So I got a msg from another guy and Im like well okay my fake bf thing didnt work for very long but then I noticed that his name was no longer next to my "in a relationship with" so I went to his profile and discovered that he was actually in a relationship with another girl. He had been trying to get this girl for months but she wouldnt commit. Did he use me to get to her?

possibly yes....
may be those strangers messaging you was a part of his plan...if he can have 1 fake id why not 1 more
it was to get her gf jealous and so that he can get him.....
go straight to him and ask what's up with him????
