I purchased the wrong type of shipping for a package and now what I want to do is void that shipping label and immediately purchase a different shipping label. Can I do this on Paypal? Its only been a couple of hours since I purchased this label.

Yes, you can do this. Go ahead and void the label and print a new one. USPS will refund the price of the voided label in about a week.
