I have been talking to this guy for already two months now and he's usually texts me first good morning, asking about my day, how I've been or what I am up to and at times I'll text him too. We went on a first date a month ago (we made out and held hands), he'll usually mention that we should do a lot of things together but never actually sets a time/day up and just says yeah we should sometime :-P or he says he wants to try my cooking/cuddle and he'll say he misses me. (noticed on first date he's cheap)
Last Sunday we texted each other and towards the end I just didnt respond because I was out with my friends and our conversation wasnt going anywhere.
Yesterday he liked my facebook profile picture...just confused on if he likes me or not...should I text him or wait a little longer until he misses me? (it's werid because we usually talk to each other every day except last week)
btw we are both in young 20's he's a little older

You should ask him if he is really interested in you, or maybe you should try to set up a date!
But if you kinda lost feelings for him, maybe it is best to move on.

depends if you feel right with him
ask yourself this how well do you really know him?
if you thought things through clearly and you still really want to keep things going with him confront him on this some guys like the chase but others just get irritated with it after a while and some just completely ignore that type of "sit and wait" behavior(he could be a bit mad that you just cut him off last week)
if you think things through clearly and figure you lost interest in him there is nothing to gain by going back into it just move on
