I want to block a certain website that pops often when i try to download stuff.
It's NOT a pop up, it a really annoying commercial site with male voice teaching me about wall street.
It's really really really pisses me off because i'm hearing music most of the day while i'm surfacing the net, And it keeps pop and play this faggot voice.
I'd like to erase this website from my computer, Like seriously no access to it.
Any software or suggestions please. I'm using Google Chrome

You can use a filtering program like aobo filter for pc to help you block unwanted sites: http://www.aobo-porn-filter.com/
