Okay so, basically, me and this girl I work with get along really well. We always enjoy working with each other and really understand one another. Well me and this girl got accused of doing things that we never did. I got the worse end of it and my manager threatened to transfer me. Everything was a lie. The girl I work with couldn't believe it. We were accused of gossiping about a new employee when we never did such a thing. Anyway, she messaged me on Facebook about it saying she is so sorry about it all even though its not her fault. I replied, and talked about it, and she replied with more about the situation also. In my last reply, I talked about how things were today, She replied back with a short reply and then blocked me from seeing any activity on her Facebook. We are still "friends' on facebook but she blocked me from seeing anything. What did I do wrong? I'm scared, I feel I might get fired.

That's weird. She may have heard something or talked to the employee that you supposedly gossiped about. Don't worry though, I doubt you'll get fired because she blocked you on Facebook.

You didn't do anything wrong it's just the dumb gossiping people keep doing about u. Don't worry this will all change and everything will be back to normal soon.

Obviously this gal was the one who started the problem, and she told the boss you were the troublemaker, thus the threat to transfer you.
She was totally baiting you to get you to put certain things in writing, very, very dumb. The emails will *prove* you're a gossip.
Block her on FB and start looking out for yourself and stop talking about everybody's business, including yours.
