I've heard that iPhone added a new feature after they released iOS 7,
Unfortunately I'm still on iOS 5.1.2,
But I can't download such latest compatible version of apps, such as instagram, facebook, etc.
Is there any way to download the latest version? Please tell

You can still update your favourite apps while on iOS 5. Personally I use an iPhone 4 with iOS 6.1.3 running (Jailbroken and downgraded from iOS 7) Frankly speaking iOS 7 is a complete disaster on the old age iPhones and I personally recommend not to update. However upon updating to the latest version of iOS you only get UI changes in certain apps like Whatsapp Facebook etc. You get the same iOS 7 UI on Messenger app no matter which iOS version you are on.
