Let me explain... Today I had decided to get an abortion due to medical reasons and difficulties. Mine and my boyfriend's family knew...
Well, his family highly disagreed with doing so and today posted on Facebook where everyone can see that I had gotten an abortion. I have been getting an awful amount of hate for my choice and I want to know is this legal for them to do? Can they tell others I got an abortion without my consent? I know that by law I don't have to tell anyone anything but...

Yes, if they are not your doctor or other health care provider they don't have to keep it confidential. Your boyfriend should give them hell about this. It's none of their business. Why were they even told in the first place?

Yep it's legal to be a complete douche like this.
The good news is you don't have to be nice to them anymore. Think of it as a life time of not having to visit them on the holidays.
