Facebook has some limitations over creating apps you must follow fb rules and regulations while creating apps?

App Like you Made a App For it ? If So than Try Checking the Code of the App See if there is anything Flaws in it If you mean you have The Facebook App on your Mobile Device or an ipad or something like that Than Try uninstalling the App And Reinstall it and See if that helps if it Does Not Please Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Report the problem to them
