After making this kind of mistake about the only thing you can do is to wait until they reindex your site. Give it a week or two and things should return to some semblance of normal. Keep in mind that google is messing with the search results again so expect that results are going to change anyhow.

You are not being very clear in explaining your "problem". You say that someone uploaded pages that are not optimized, yet those pages are showing in Google. If this is the case then those pages are optimized enough for the search engines to find and index them. (unless you noticed a big difference in ranking)

Could you also update the question and explain the difference between the two versions of pages in terms of SEO. Is it the URL rewriting, keyword density, style etc...?

The only problem that you may have is duplicate content, which you should fix right away. If the same exact page is showing at Google with 2 different URLs, then you need to fix that. The best way to do that is by removing the old pages and adding a 301 redirect rule to your .htaccess file forwarding the ALL old pages to the new pages. Google will not penalize you if you have this in place, if you don't, and you keep the two versions indexed, then you may lose both of them from the index, and Google may ban your site if this was not the first time.
