I had recently closed my whatsapp account for personal reason. My friends have told that they had sent me offline messages (showing single mark).
My question is, can I see those messages once I restart the account?
Is there a particular time limit for which whatsapp keeps these messages to show?

No... u have skipped the messages now... u cannot regain the messages
