There are some posts which never appear in some of my friends' newsfeed, even if they have suscribed to all of my posts. is this a problem with my fb account or does it happen in fb in general?

It depends. There are two possible answers that I can give.
Either, you could have set a list on fb in which those on that list will receive your newsfeed, and those not on your list will not receive your newsfeed.
Or they could have blocked you from their newsfeed.
