I just want them to be able to see my current profile picture. And please don't just copy and paste the FAQ from the Facebook page, because I've followed their instructions and they don't make sense.

for you to block everyone from seeing all your facebook profile pictures, you need to edit your account settings and switch from everyone to private

First, open Facebook and go to Accounts > Edit Friends. On that page, create lists. Then go to Account > Privacy Settings. Here, you can make your content visible to specific people. If you like, you can make the contents visible to "Only Me". In this case, others will be able to see only your profile picture.

Go to Privacy Settings > Customize Settings > Edit privacy settings for existing photo albums and videos > find your Facebook Profile Pictures > Customize > Only Me > Save Setting
