A friend's account has been suspended. I provided her a link to the proper form to submit to have FB investigate & reinstate her account. But she keeps getting error messages whenever she tries to submit & is now so wound up & frustrated, it is hard for her to focus on the task at hand.
Is there a number or email address (within Facebook iteself) that those who are not so tech-savvy can use to communicate to Facebook with issues?

Facebook Does Not Offer Tech Support Phone Numbers are Useless Because when you Call it Will Tell you That they Do Not Offer Tech Support the Only Way to Contact them Is To Write to them VIA Help Center Since your Friend Has A Suspended Account you Can Try appealing to Appeal@facebook.com they Dont Write Back And If She Does Get her Account Back Which She will be Very Lucky if She Does They May Send a Email Back if Nothing is Done in 2 weeks than the account is Done

no, there is no customer support, because there are no customers.... customer buy things, facebook is free
the only way to contact them is thru their help center
