So, the other day I tagged my friend in a picture, and now her friends, who are not on my friend list, are commenting on it. How do I change my privacy settings to remove this?

Once you tag her in it her friends are able to see it and comment on it, the only way to change that is to untag her.

you cant prevent her friends from seeing it once she likes it or comments on it - it's shared with all of her friends too then
