On twitter, her instagram and facebook her profile picture's her feeding my horse carrots in the paddock, does that mean she likes me? With one hand she's patting my horse and with the other she's feeding her whie smiling at the camera does she like me?

Why would that mean she likes you? If she liked you, she'd be petting you and spending time with you. Sorry to break it to you, but I think she likes your horse.
