yo man, same happened with me. I just deactivated my account. But if you have a facebook id, then post your username in many groups, on famous peoples walls. Do regular tweets, and follow your followers. Post jokes,thoughts, not your personal life things

Maybe they don't like your grammatical errors.
Maybe you are not tweeting anything interesting
Maybe they are growing up and maturing and no longer need twitter
