So all my friends have cool photos of them with colorful messages on them. So what app should I use?

Usually people use PhotoShop or paintshop or photoscape to make pretty edited pictures on Facebook. I don't think there are any actual good apps to edit pictures. You'll have to download one of the programs above. I suggest Photoscape as it is free.
