help? how do i fix this? it used to work perfectly fine. i don't know what happened.

The simplest and fastest way to get this answered is to call your phone service provider.

I think they suspended your Internet service or the internet service on your phone is down which means you have to turn off your phone and then turn on again. If that does not work, you must call customer service and ask them if the internet still on you plan.
