if you deactivate twitter, reactivate it before followers are restored, then deactivate it again, will you get? - ashley s - 10-01-2012 07:04 AM

Okay kinda complicated. Bear with me.

So, i had over 100 followers & i deactivated my twitter account.

I got bored & reactivated it & saw all my followers were gone, knowing if i left it activated for 24 hours i would get them all back according to the twitter staff.

However, i deactivated it again before twitter restored my followers.

I reactivated it again for good. Will i get my old followers back?

Did you simply deactivate or delete.

Yes you will get all your followers back after about 24 hours and it doesn't matter how many times you deactivate the account.

Your followers will remain in your account no matter what. But they can unfollow you if you bore them or not provide them with tweets that they want from you. So to keep them for a long time, you should be active, socialize and be friendly with your followers.... as well as non followers to boost the numbers of your twitter followers.
