Ok so I just got a twitter account like 3 days ago and now im in twitter jail. But the weird thing is that i can tweet but i cant send any direct messages. Were both following each other but every time i try to dm him or anyone else it says that you went over you daily limits and have to wait for a few hours. And ive waited almost more than 12 hrs. What do i do???

You went over the limit for tweets so you will just have to wait or make a new account.
