First go to Privacy Setting then at the bottom of privacy setting at the left of privacy setting page it says apps and websites edit your setting for using apps,games and websites click that then a page comes on that page at the bottom it says remove unwanted or spammy apps click that then start deleting your apps.

To delete apps you have developed:
Scroll to the bottom of your Facebook page and click on 'Developers'.
Click on 'My Apps' at the top of the Developers page.
Click on the App you want to delete to open the info for it.
There should be a button to 'Delete App' near the bottom, beneath the App information.
