No it doesn't. It's called malicious script spam. it's when they ask you to copy and paste a code to your web browser. But once you go to it all it does is nothing. But if you check your profile you have been posting random things on other people's wall. To top it all off when you log out sometimes it says that ur account is accesed from a location you don't know. So don't fall for it !!!!!

Facebook actually encourages people if they find something like you describe to report it. They do not tolerate such activities
