I'm trying to remove old groups so I can be accepted into new ones..but it says my limit of groups is full. I don't know how to find the groups at all! any help greatly appreciated!
No im saying i cant find WHERE the groups are..i know how to remove them from there!

You go to the old group page, and under their photo on the left you'll find a couple of buttons: share, and remove/ leave!!
