For about a week there has been ads everywhere that weren't there before like my tumblr dashboard at the very top there's an ad now. also on my blog there's ads that mess up my theme, and i didn't allow any ads or put them there. also on my facebook pictures there's ads. Is it just me?

It sounds like you have installed some malware by accident. You need to run malwarebytes antimalware or superantispyware program to get rid of it. Google them to get the required software.
Once you have got rid of the adware, you can also get rid of Facebook's normal ads and sponsored stories / content you dont wish to see, etc using the FB Purity web browser extension. You can get it here: http://fbpurity.com
