I accepted because she had 100 mutual friends, and I think she's cute. Would it be weird to hit up a conversation with her?
Also, why would she add me out of the blue if I have never met her?

She probs just wants more friends, you should ask people whom you share friends with if they ACTUALLY know her. And just don't talk to her, well, you could talk to her i guess but its not a good idea. And if you do, go NO further than a conversation.
