I accidentally downloaded something that put ads all over websites? - catscatscats - 11-09-2012 09:03 AM I accidentally downloaded something and now I have advertisements all over Facebook and stuff. I already went and uninstalled anything that I thought it could have been. I even uninstalled Chrome and re-installed it just to see if that would work. Any help would be appreciated! - CaptainTmanMW - 11-09-2012 09:12 AM On the Chrome web-store, search for AdBlock and choose any of the results. It will get rid of those ads and even remove ads from other websites. The extension is completely free and legal. - tallveil336 - 11-09-2012 09:12 AM http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/help/videos/fixing-a-problem-using-system-restore |
