Is it possible to disable a friend on Facebook to view my photos, wall and everything while that one is still a friend??

yes you can....put them under d restricted option...under friends..

Go to Photos and and Edit the album and set the view to only me.

yes in photo album or wall posts setting give as custom setting and hide from the list type that friend name..

yes u can under facebooks privacy settings & also when u post somethnig there is an option for the post viewable.....
