On facebook when you go to your profile, under your profile picture there's a list of your friends. And sometimes people will have different groups that say like "Inseparable Friend" and have a person. How do you make those groups?

Go to profile section and edit profile there is a option featured friends near down create new list.

that's quite easy,you just need to click creat a group
