Deff not. That is very dangerous. A person could blow up the picture and go to her home address.

Facebook has been hacked multiple times (including private pages).

That's not a good idea. Facebook isn't a safe place to post your "personal Information" like birthday, home adress, credit card number, etc.
Tell your friend to remove it as soon as possible before it's too late. Posting your adress can cause someone to stalk you for hours on end especially if it's one of your friends.
