I've set my profile in facebook on a high level of privacy
so no one can see anything in my profile except my profile picture and my name, other than my friends I mean
but now after the upgrade it's getting complicated
how can I show the pages I like and my interests to everyone ?

Go to privacy settings, then, click on view settings link under the heading Connecting on Facebook. There select the option everyone for See your likes, activities and other connections.
