Because you have only deleted that person not blocked them.

Because you are only deleting him/her from your friends list. You need to block them...
And you won't see them.. and them won't see you.

you dont have to block them, those people just dont understand facebook
what you need to do is go to their profile and just unsubscribe from them
when you remove them from your friends list, you are still subscribed

You are still subscribed to their feed. Unsubscribe from them.
