Go to facebook.com/timeline and click "get time line"

Go to one of your friends pages that has timeline go to the top and their should be a learn more button. And just click it. Hope this helps.

clear your cache, then go here

then click the green button at the bottom
you can go here to learn how to set it up

if you dont see the button, try a different browser - if that doesnt work either, that means you just have to wait for it
