All you can do is report them if they violate the law or violate one of the TOS.

the best thing you could do is report the page for a specific reason of violation of Terms and Use. it has to be a legit report. then, if the criteria matches, justice will be served.
so yea, only thing you can do is report it, and block it, if it's harassing you
