Is there a way to block somebody from viewing your post and photos you are tagged in but have it still look like you're Facebook friends?

Delete your facebook account.

set profile to private

add them to your restricted list

in the top right of your screen, click on the down arrow to the right of Home and select Privacy Settings.
Go to Control Your Privacy Settings, click on Custom.
Set "Make this visible to" Friends.
Set "Hide this from" to the name of the person on your friends list you do not want to view your profile
Click on Save Changes
