I want to buy a domain. It's for my business, but my business is related to humour and things of that sort. My business is through the internet, with different sorts of things as Twitter and Youtube. I'm not sure if I should buy .net .org or .biz (.com is not available). I know I'll loose a bit off traffic by not having the overused .com, but there's no other way. So, among the three, which one would you recommend?

I recommend the .biz extension. These days domain name extensions are so misused that it isn't at all detrimental for a domain to end improperly. But convention dictates that the .biz extension "is used for small business Web sites." That seems to be the best description for your website not only out of the three options you are considering, but out of the whole plethora of extensions out there.
