When i had the old facebook everything was private... now with the timeline... if your not my friend you can still see what people post on my all when i update my profile pic when i change my cover..... etc.. and i dont like that.. but i cant figure out how to make it so everything is private with this new timeline.. please help!!!!! thanks so much!

The profile picture and cover photo will be always public, no escape there, but a lot of the rest can go "private".
