I sent friend requests to family and Facebook suspended me for 30 days for sending requests to people I don't know. This has happened every 30 days for the past 6 months. What can I doM

Obviously the people who you don't know have reported your requests. If a person deletes a request, FB asks if they know that person. If they say no, the unknown request gets logged. Too many complaints will incur suspensions.
Just stop sending requests to strangers and see what happens.
