First time using facebook ads and I am going to get billed $49 and change - and I dont have that much in my checking account. I used the Visa business network coupon for $100 and then forgot to stop my campaign. Can someone pleaseeeee help me?

If it was for a month and u didnt stop. No one can do anything. Every coupon has some limited time and validity.
If you forgot before. Just stop it now.Otherwise you will get charge more.
