What determines this? I've heard apparently it's how frequently you talk to them, but some of the people i've actually never spoken to on Facebook, then i heard it's chosen by how many times you look at their profile.... could it be if they look at your profile a lot?

It's determined by how much you've talked to the person or if they go to the same school as you
