Ok its simple
All you gotta do is sign in then press the home button then you'll see a box that says 'compose a tweet' press that and write but remeber ur tweet shud be less than 140 characters.

Hi!Its simple!Just go to your Profile and click edit settings and there you can change your picture,background and other things!!
then if you want to follow anyone go to their profile and follow
