How do I make my facebook profile picture to private so that no one can click on it and comment?
I've been to people's pages where I can't click on their profile picture, so I know it's possible to set it so that no one can comment or click on your profile picture.

You cant necessarily make it "private". Anybody can see it. i dont think they have a setting on Facebook for no commenting on profile pictures.

In the T&C's of FB your profile pic is always visable, even if everything is set to private. If you set your photos to private, a random clicking on your profile will just lead to a page saying that your photos are private

the profiles that have unclickable default pictures are people you arent friends with who have that album set to private
