What is your opinion of Facebook Timeline? - Hufflepuff Heroine - 11-09-2012 09:28 AM
I was thinking about setting up Facebook Timeline, but I'm not sure if I would like it or not once I actually had it. What do you specifically like and not like about Timeline if you have it? If you don't, why do you or do you not want it?

I don't have it and i honestly don't want to have it.It's gonna fuck up my privacy settings again...
Very soon everyone will be forced to have Timeline,without a choice.

It's good! Don't see what the fuss is about? Its pretty much the same.
The only difference is your wall?

Facebook did a good thing with the update just before the timeline. (With an exception of the "See what your friends do in real time" box at your upper right.). This timeline is just a little too messy and ugly to me. This is not Facebook to me and not what I had in mind the first time I joined. As soon as I get the timeline I will quit facebook for good!

I set that once (in november) by creating an app in developers.facebook.com...to be frank i didn't like that at all... ...but i noticed something...they'll show the maximum content in a single page of pur profile...each and every single place is used...and i think we cant set banners like the old one...And facebook also swallows some of our updates...and the timeline it shows everything that we do in the past by just a click...i deleted that app next day...the good thing is that profile pic has a good resolution in new timeline...most of the people dont like timeline..but the other half liked it..they're saying its a change...but when facebook is forcing us what can we do...
