Hey I have some family in my friends list who search every single thing on my facebook account. Can I still be friends with them, but hide my profile from them?

Yes you can! Go to your privacy settings located at the top right corner of the facebook page.
Find the appropriate settings that you want to hide, eg. wall posts, photos you are tagged in, videos etc and click on custom. In the text box titled 'Hide this from', enter the names of your friends that you would like to hide your activity from.

you can add them to your restricted list
