Privacy and dangers of what exactly?? My facebook is private, and only my friends can see anything. I'm happy my friends can keep in touch with me, and happy to see updates of my friends...so one thing I wouldn't call it is dangerous, more so helpful.

like what for example? my neighbour is going to see that i'm gone away for the day so she's going to sneak over and steal something from my house?

About what?

Privacy of what? If they care, they can put everything on private so that some people can only see certain things, while others cannot see anything at all. If they don't care about the dangers, that's there problem.
