The easiest and quickest way to have lot of followers is to become a famous or celebrity.
1) Sing a crape song and put it on a youtube.
2) Ask some one to write a review and post it in the internet.
3) Link your song and the review.
With in a week or two you will have millions of hits in your youtube song and your twitter account will be over-flooded with followers.
